We offer a standard 12-month warranty on all our mezzanine lifts – dependent on regular preventative maintenance programmes. Extended warranties may be available.
A range of SLA’s are available through our sister company, Fen-Bay Services, can be tailored to your specific operational requirements.
PPM is recommended to help ensure the continuous, uninterrupted function of your mezzanine lift and to prolong equipment lifetime. For our mezzanine lifts, we generally recommend PPM servicing every 6-12 months (depending on intensity of usage).
Our sister company, Fen-Bay Services, have a nationwide network of service engineers who offer rapid-response emergency technical assistance 24/7 365 days of the year. Standard service levels provide 4 hour response times but typically average closer to 2 hours.
All our latest mezzanine lifts are fitted with HMI touchscreen controls that provide you with a plant status diagnostic overview and a rapid fault-finding capability. We estimate that this can increase self-fix rates on our lifts by as much as 80%, significantly reducing call-out rates and maintenance costs. Your in-house technicians will also receive training to enable them to diagnose more complex faults.
We maintain high-level stocks of spares both in-factory and with our service engineers, enabling a rapid response to your servicing requirements. Tailored spares packages are available for in-house maintenance.
